I am an IB student and this is my work for the Global Politics engagement activity. For this activity I decided to develop a blog in which I will share information on the Antarctic Treaty System (ATS), share my research, and evaluate the application of soft power in the ATS with the help of each one of my readers.

Beyond seeking to assess interests in military and political advantages through the manipulation of sovereignty and international relations in the ATS, I want to reach out to people who possess great knowledge on the topic. Furthermore, seeing as through this blog I will contact others who share my interest in this treaty and its applications, I would open myself to new enriching perspectives that will help me in the process of answering my research question.
